This document outlines the process for users who wish to delete their account information from the Effi AI platform. We respect your right to data privacy and provide a straightforward method to remove your personal information from our systems when requested.
Log into your account on the Effi AI platform using your credentials.
Navigate to Account Settings by clicking on your profile icon in the top right corner and selecting “Settings” from the dropdown menu.
Access the Privacy section within your account settings.
Select “Delete Account” at the bottom of the Privacy page.
Confirm your decision by entering your password and checking the acknowledgment box that you understand this action is permanent and cannot be reversed.
Submit your request by clicking the “Permanently Delete My Account” button.
Receive confirmation of your deletion request via the email associated with your account.
If you are a workspace administrator and need to delete your entire organization’s data:

Provide verification of your administrative authority for the workspace.
