VNPAY Payment Guide
VNPAY payment gateway is a payment solution developed by Vietnam Payment Solution Joint Stock Company (VNPAY). Customers can use bank cards/accounts, the QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature integrated into Mobile Banking apps of banks, or linked e-wallets to make payments and enter discount codes (if applicable).

VNPAY Payment Methods
Payment via “VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps”
Step 1: Select a product or service and choose "Pay Now" or "Place Order." On the payment page, review your order, complete recipient information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click "Place Order Now."
Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps" method.
Step 3: The system will display a QR code along with the payable amount. Please verify the amount. Use your banking app (from the list of supported banks), select “Scan QR Code”, and scan the QR code displayed on the payment screen.
Note: The QR code is valid for 15 minutes. To ensure successful payment, check your device and scan the code promptly to avoid expiration, which may affect your payment and any discount codes.
Step 4: Verify information, enter a discount code (if applicable), and complete the payment. Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation on the website.
Payment via QR Pay/VNPAY-QR feature
Payment via "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts"
Step 1: Select a product or service and choose "Pay Now" or "Place Order." On the payment page, review your order, complete recipient information, select VNPAY as the payment method, and click "Place Order Now."
Step 2: The payment screen will redirect to the VNPAY payment gateway interface. Select the "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts" method and choose your bank from the list.
Step 3: Enter your card/account details as required and select "Continue." A one-time password (OTP) will be sent to your registered phone number. Enter the OTP to complete the transaction.
Note: The transaction will expire after 15 minutes.
Step 4: Once payment is successful, you will receive an order confirmation on the website.

Payment via "International Payment Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, UnionPay)"
This process is similar to the "Domestic Cards and Bank Accounts" method.
Payment via "VNPAY E-Wallet"
This process is similar to the "VNPAY-QR Supported Payment Apps" method.
